Large villa (Area)
Designed to accommodate a maximum of 12 people, the villa, with a private entrance and a private garden, is the perfect solution for both big families and groups of friends. The villa is disposed on two levels. On the first floor is the bright and welcoming living area, composed of a living room, a dining room and a kitchen as well as a laundry room. On the second floor there are 3 large and comfortable bedrooms (two of them are double-bedrooms and also have a further single-bed, and the third one is a twin room) and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bath tub. In addition, there is a mezzanine, with a playing-area for the young guests, as well as a relaxation-area with 4 sofas which can turn into comfortable beds. In the garden there is a well-equipped patio with table and barbecue, which invites you to dine outside, while enjoying picturesque sunsets.
Villa 6 (Area)
The villa, with indipendent entry and a private garden is set on two floors. On the ground floor a wide living room with a separated dining room and a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. On the first floor, 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bedded room). In each room a futon is available so the max. occupancy is up to 9 people. On the same floor an other bathroom with bathtub. The villa comes with all the necessary for the medium and long break (linen, towels, kitchen, and cleaning tools). In the private garden a dining area with a table, a barbecue and private jacuzzi pool with a max. capacity of 7 people.
